Welcome to AcneEase. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of acneease.com and the purchase of products from AcneEase, operated by PrimeFlow Products LLC. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from AcneEase including order updates, appointment reminders, special offers, product launches, and skincare tips.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to opt out of future messages.

Confirmation: After sending "STOP," we will send you an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did originally and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.

Non-Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Our products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a pricing error occurs. Payment must be made in full at time of purchase.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of PrimeFlow Products LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that content for any purpose including marketing and advertising.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMEFLOW PRODUCTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: All claims must be brought individually. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing support@acneease.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
