Refund Policy

At AcneEase, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused, in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pimple patches (any count or size)
  • Under eye patches
  • Nose patches
  • Face masks that have been opened
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

This policy exists for sanitary reasons and is standard across the skincare industry. If you received a damaged or defective product, please see the section below.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@acneease.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@acneease.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@acneease.com.

Retailer Purchases

Products purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) must be returned through that retailer's return policy. We cannot process returns for items not purchased directly from acneease.com.
