Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your AcneEase order. Because everything we sell is a skincare product that touches your skin, this policy balances your right to change your mind against the hygiene standards we owe every other customer.

30-day returns on unopened items

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any unopened, unused item still in its original sealed packaging.

Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Opened items are final sale

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used patches, masks, or eye patches. Once a seal is broken the item cannot be resold or restocked. This does not affect your rights below if something arrives damaged, wrong, or defective.

Damaged, wrong, or missing orders — always made right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, or it never arrives at all, we replace it free. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no argument.

Email primeflow112183@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrived) with your order number and — where it applies — a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

How to start a return

Email primeflow112183@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and send you the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you get that confirmation — unauthorized returns can't be tracked to your order, and can't be refunded.

Cancellations and address changes

An order can be cancelled or have its address corrected any time before it ships — email us with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled.
